The Scheme allows for compensation to be awarded for a maximum of three injuries. If you are claiming for two or more injuries, your claim will be subject to the multiple injuries formula. This means:

- 30% of the tariff amount will be awarded for the second highest or equally valued injury
- 15% of the tariff amount will be awarded for the third highest or equally valued injury.
